• Try to sense problems and working to prevent them.
• Keep all the team members informed related to project at every phase.

We will:
• Determine static time intervals for participating the JAD sessions.
• Ensure diversity in team work.
• Encourage team members to offer new ideas.

Communication:

We will:
• Try to meet always for face-to-face meetings since it is the best way to communicate for us.
• Make efficient discussions.
• Present ideas clearly and briefly.

Problem Solving:

We will:
• Work hard and try to be patient.
• Assign every team member a part of the problem to encourage everyone to participate in solving problems.
• Focus on solving problems.

Meeting Guidelines:

We will:
• Have meetings on every weekend.
• Make extra meetings if it is needed, on specific tasks or important decisions taking.
• Be at time which is arranged before.
