First of all, we revised our "Team Contract" and also "Project Charter". Gülin Sonuç who was an ex-coworker of us, left the Lothusa IT group, so we composed 2nd version of our "Team Contract" and "Project Charter".

According to the "To-Do List for 5 Weeks" report and also according to the Gantt Chart, this week we have to prepare "on hand prototypes" and use case diagrams and realize an interview with M. A. (Customer).

We fulfilled our "on hand prototype" job by composing a 15-paged document. We deemed suitable adding "Change Profile", "Enter Forum", "Send Message", "What is OM?", "Problem Solver" and "Message Box" modules into the system.

After the creation of "on hand prototypes", we presented our drawings to M. A. (Customer). The meeting was realized at 4th of December. M. A. had restricted time but we managed to ask questions that lie in our heads. According to the responses that M. A. gave to our questions, we composed a meeting report (on demand, this document can be viewed under the OM-LS Internet site (www.om-ls.blogspot.com) and under the tab of "Meeting with Customer" - Volume 2).

In the light of our interview with M. A., we created use case diagrams. There are many scenario for OM-LS (Operation Management - Learning System) project, therefore, there are many use cases. "Sign-up scenario", "Logging in scenario", "Forgotten Password scenario", "Change profile scenario", "Forum scenario", "Send message scenario", "Documentation scenario", "Problem solver scenario" and "Guest scenario" are composed for this reason.

While finalizing our weekly performance, we are getting ready for our meeting with M. T. (Boss). We will present our weekly documents to him and hope to receive his approvals. We are satisfied with our performance for this week and feeling the pleasure of total fulfilling of our obligations.
