During the preparation of "To-Do List for 5 Weeks" at 20th of November, we were about to make the path more clarified. After the completion of this document, we pondered about the document with M. T. (Boss). And in the light of the feedbacks that we received from him, we revised the document.

By that moment, we were using www.lothusa-it.blogspot.com as project site but after that time, we composed www.om-ls.blogspot.com for avoiding confusions, because there were our other project documents, too. Whatever, we decided to collect our previous and next documents under this site.

According to the our revised To-Do List (Version II), we should complete Activity List, Milestone List, Work Breakdown Structure List, Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary, Gantt Chart and Performance Reports. Lothusa IT team Project Manager Çağlar Kara achieved to finalize Activity List, and Milestone List, while I (Erol Mesut Gün) contributed to project by adding Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary and Performance Reports. We (Çağlar Kara and Erol Mesut Gün) co-produced Work Break Down Structure List and Gantt Chart.

While finalizing our weekly performance, we are getting ready for our meeting with M. T. (Boss). We will present our weekly documents to him and hope to receive his approvals. We are satisfied with our performance for this week and feeling the pleasure of total fulfilling of our obligations.
