• Work Break Down Structures will be made.
• WBS List will be made.
• Gantt Chart will be composed.
• Milestone List will be composed.
• Activity List will be made.
• Performance Reports might be filled.
• Interviews with Mustafa Tülü (boss) and Murat Albayrakoğlu (customer) will be done if it is necessity. And for every meeting, meeting reports will be filled and published over the Internet site.
• For every document that is composed, feedbacks will be gathered and revisions will be realized, if the necessity emerges.

Week 2: (28.11.2008 – 04.12.2008)

• Stakeholder Analysis will be made.
• Paper prototypes will be prepared.
• Use Cases will be drawn.
• Domain Model (Class Diagram) for each case will be made.
• Object Diagram that is the instance of Class Diagram will be made.
• Performance Reports might be filled.
• Interviews with Mustafa Tülü (boss) and Murat Albayrakoğlu (customer) will be done if it is necessity. And for every meeting, meeting reports will be filled and published over the Internet site.
• For every document that is composed, feedbacks will be gathered and revisions will be realized, if the necessity emerges.

Week 3: (12.12.2008 – 18.12.2008)

• Use Case Description Cards will be filled.
• Risk Assesment will be shaped.
• Method Specification will be filled.
• Collaboration Card (CRC) will be filled.
• Performance Reports might be filled.
• Interviews with Mustafa Tülü (boss) and Murat Albayrakoğlu (customer) will be done if is is necessity. And for every meeting, meeting reports will be filled and published over the Internet site.
• For every document that is composed, feedbacks will be gathered and revisions will be realized, if the necessity emerges.

Week 4: (19.12.2008 – 25.12.2008)

• State Diagrams will be made.
• Sequence Diagrams will be composed.
• Deployment Diagrams will be drawn.
• Operations Management methods (simplex, transportation and integer programming) will be analyzed in detailed way.
• Searches about peer systems such as Moodle and Blackboard will be done.
• Performance Reports might be filled.
• Interviews with Mustafa Tülü (boss) and Murat Albayrakoğlu (customer) will be done if it is necessity. And for every meeting, meeting reports will be filled and published over the Internet site.
• For every document that is composed, feedbacks will be gathered and revisions will be realized, if the necessity emerges.

Week 5: (26.12.2008 – 03.01.2009)

• Operations Management methods (simplex, transportation and integer programming) will be analyzed in detailed way. (it will continues if it is neccessary)
