Project Objectives:

İstanbul Bilgi University have strategic goals such as conveying pure information to students. İstanbul Bilgi University Business Informatics program coordinator, M. A., has come up with an idea that will help OM students with their studies.
According to idea the system that will be developed aims to provide distance education for OM students at anytime and anywhere over the Internet.
Beside this main goal, the system also brings advantages to its users such as whiteboard, chat, forums.

Approach:

• Develop surveys to determine critical features of the new system by comprehending the expectations of customer, boss and end-users.
• Review internal and external templates and examples of project management documents.
• Investigate the sufficiency of existing systems’ software and hardware according to OM-LS project.
• Develop the OM-LS using iterative and prototyping methodologies; for satisfying the end-users expectations by affiliating them to process.
