Firstly this interview arranged for gathering the customer need about the system and the design. Before making the interview we have examine the document that our customer has gave to us, and with the light of these info we try to prepare the question for attaining requirements. Questions that we asked and answers of our customer are at below.

1) First of all I want to thank you for allocate time for us. As Lothusa-IT project team, we have prepared some questions for shaping the systems requirements and also about the design need. Before this meeting as a group we examine the document that you put online, and besides this we have some question. My first question is about the educational part of the system. According to you, the system that you thought need to be a educational system, or only thing that you wanted will be like “end user will enter the data and get the result”. Can you clarify?

- System must be helpful for the education but not directly educate the students. We assume that end users know about the operation managements. But at this point, all we need to do is, to be helpful to students for learning OM more efficiently. Because of this system need to be integrated with LMT. System will not be a fisher which will fishing and will give these fishes to students. System will teach the student to fishing themselves.

2) What will be our target range? I mean that can you tell us the user profiles such with which age ranges we need to be declamation?

- System will not only be for the students besides this we need to design a system which will satisfy the professionals like OM lectures. But as a student profile between the 3rd years students to MBA ones, system should provide their needs.

3) What will be the language of the web site? Is there any preferences about that? What do you think about making the web site multi-language?

- In first step I preferred a web-site which will be in English but it can be multi-language I see no problem about it but English is required.

4) What do you think about the visualization about the web-site? What I mean is, is there any need about the charts like Simplex tables etc?

- At this point I preferred to you to investigate about the POM for Windows. You need to make reverse engineering. It will be a good resource for you. But Shortly I can say that these charts are required like EOQ. System can prepare simplex charts step by step, while solving the problem, but I know that it will be hard for you to do this.

5) Is this system need any username password things shortly login page? We know that this system will be open source.

- Yes it will be an open source system but knowing about our enrollee is required. We can gather info about them like their age,at which grade they are or this member is lecture or student etc. For providing this, there need to be a membership system so we need provide accounts to our users.

6) Which way do you prefer while giving source to your students? What do you expect from system about this view? Is system need to give more web site links or text books, academical journals or etc?

- Giving more web site links will create problems for providing the maintenance. For this reason giving more academical journals, text books name or authors will be the efficient way of solving this problem. If you are insist on giving web site links, you need to be sure about their academical side.

7) At the document, you are mentioning about the chat rooms, forum etc as a secondary requirements. What do you mean here? Can you clarify this?

- This means that these will not be your priority while you are doing this job, but if you can manage to do these, it will be grateful.

8) Do our system need to contain all the three methods (Simplex, Integer and Transportation)? And is there any limitations about the data entries?

- It should need to provide solutions of all these three methods. Limitations about the data entries are up to your preferences. But for transportation problem, if system can solve a problem about 10 destination to 10 host, it can be acceptable.

9) Can you suggets any system that has close features that you ask for us?

- There are several LMT on the web site you can gather further information about them but Moodle and Blackboard are system that has close features that I expect you to design.

10) Is there any programming language that you prefer?

- Programming language is up to you but I can suggest you to use JAVA for this system.

11) Is there any minimum - maximum hardware requirements for adjusting adaptation of software?

- This is not for today's problem, it is early to discuss it for now. It is about the implementation part so we will discuss it later.
